This really does work. I was hesitant to buy but I love it. It really does make you sweat, and hold you all in. I wear it to my zumba class, and I definatly have lost at least an inch and a half since my purchase. I love it. I cant wait to get my next size down. I also have the vest by squeem, that I try to wear daily. This also sucks and tucks it all in and gives you a very sexy shape. The only reason I didnt give this one a five was because it bunches a little in the back and hurts a bit when you sit. But you aren't supposed to wear this one all day so I guys that doesnt really matter. I think you are only supposed to wear it for three hrs. I usually wear it for two hours. I would definatly tell anyone looking to loose inches around the middle to invest in the squeem....Its awesome! Try the vest as well...its worth it.

this was a good purchase... it REALLY does what it says... HOWEVER the clasps were not strong enough & they pull out... i returned it and got another type: the waist cincher vest & waistnipper... they are definitely great purchases and the clasps are stronger... Squeem rocks.

it does the job

.....although it's not as sexy as lingerie, I wouldn't call it ugly, it ***REALLY*** does the job for me, only thing is that I wouldn't buy a really tight one, more like 1/2 ~ 1 more size bigger than what your supposed to wear, it tends to push everything out the shape wear, so you could end up looking kinda funny if you wear tight clothing over it, if you already hv one & you've noticed this problem, get sorta like a snug lingerie vest { w/ bra } to wear over it & that should do the trick. So far no one has noticed when I wear it, all they say is..wow..you look GREAT! lol

Squeem rubber cincher

I recieved my Squeem waist cincher very fast. This is the best product and exactly what I have been looking for. It fits true to size and you will have to truely "suck in" as you hook the eyes. You will have to get use to wearing this cincher also let your body understand that "YOU" are making a change to it, but with love, so if you can only wear it for 15 minutes, that's ok, the next day go for wearing 1/2 hour and then you'll be off and running with the cincher on. Don't give up, I know I will not. The amazing look of a hour glass shape in my size is pretty amazing. I love it and I wear it to help my body mold itself to the shape and size I should be; I work out 4 times a week and I completely change the way I eat. NOT a diet but a life change. I have a ways to go but since I purchased my Squeem rubber cincher, I have seen results to date; I started out at 287lbs and currently now down to 279.2 lbs. I love the holes in the rubber cincher because they're like little air vents when working out. I can not say enough about this product.
